| 4 large boneless chicken breasts Dumplin Valley Premium Poultry Rub |

| 1. Place boneless chicken breast in a shallow glass container breast side up. Distribute the Premium Poultry Rub evenly over chicken breast and rub well and place in resealable plastic bag and store in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. 2. Preheat grill. Lightly grease grill rack with oiled paper towel to prevent sticking. 3. Place the chicken breast side down over the hot grill, and reduce the heat to medium and grill for 5 minutes. Turn the chicken after the 5 minutes and grill another 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and finish cooking the chicken for another 5 minutes. Cook the chicken breast to an internal temperature of 165 degrees or until juices run clear. |
