| 1-2 lbs. Beef tenderloin, trimmed of fat Dumplin Valley Bodacious Beef Rub Dumplin Valley Mild BBQ Sauce or Dumplin Valley Spicy BBQ Sauce |

| 1. Sprinkle Bodacious Beef Rub evenly over the beef tenderloin and rub on all sides. Place in resealable plastic bag and store in refrigerator overnight or for 2-3 hours before cooking. 2. Preheat grill and lower to medium heat. Place tenderloin on grill rack over drip pan, but not over coals. Insert a meat thermometer in center of tenderloin. Lower the grill hood. Grill about 45 minutes or until thermometer registers 140 degrees. 3. The last 5 minutes of grilling brush on Dumplin Valley BBQ Sauce. Cover meat with foil and let stand for 15 minutes. |
