This is another condiment great for hamburgers, etc. Especially recommended for a burger made from ground pork and mild pork sausage. |

| 1/2 cup Billy T Sweet Sherry Mustard 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup Megan's Pantry® Barbecue & Dipping Sauce 2 tbsp. maple syrup 3/4 cup minced red onion 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish, drained |

Directions |

| Simmer mustard, ketchup, barbecue sauce, and syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook 2-3 minutes; then cool to room temperature. Stir in onion and pickle relish. Chill until ready to serve. Serve this on the pork burger (or beef). In addition, shred some cabbage & a bit of carrot along with some chopped parsley and dress with Megan's Pantry® Poppy Seed & Onion Dressing and add to burger along with the Chowchow. |
